My love of cocktail culture goes back as far as I can remember. As a child I was always drawn to the way the crystal decanter shimmered under the lights of my dad's home bar. This transformed into trips to the Dead Rabbit in New York, Bourbon and Branch in San Francisco, Mint Juleps at the Kentucky Derby, and pretty much any cocktail experience I can find! I have over 30 years of experience in the service industry bartending everywhere from live music venues to fine dining. I love the southern charm, food, and romance of New Orleans. Speakeasy vibes and live music are right up my alley.
In 2019 I decided to go mobile, and Roadpop was born. Our team continues to work on perfecting our craft and elevating the bar experience for clients and couples just like you. We look forward to shaking, slinging, and smiling the night away with you at your event!"

2019
The start
Roadpop began while waiting in a rather long line at an event to get a very lackluster highball. I thought to myself "could I do this better?"
I believed the answer was yes and an idea got momentum
2020-2021
Things got weird...
COVID presented difficult challenges. Would it be over before it ever started for Roadpop? There were more questions than answers, but COVID turned out to be a time when people gathered outdoors, celebrated with a little extra gusto, and gave us a chance to host a lot of outdoor gatherings!
2022-present
Honing our craft
You learn a thing or two hosting hundreds of events. What cocktails are a smash hit, how to handle the pressure of cocktail hour for 200 people, and most of all, we learned that we are where we want to be and where we belong!
