Roadpop was born out of an idea to build a Pinterest worthy mobile bar and create a first class consumer experience.  With over 25 years of passion in the food and beverage, our approach to mobile bar service is changing the way people look at wedding and event bars.  Sit back, relax, and let us take care of you...everyone deserves rock star treatment once in a while!

How it works:
Step 1:  Tell us about your event
We are always excited to hear about a good party.  Email, call, or text us, we want to know all the details; when, where, why, how many people, do you have a theme in mind? Tell us everything, we then go to work on creating a bar experience that meets your needs. 
We are also happy to serve non-alcoholic drinks or represent you and your product at trade shows and events...our mobile bar has some serious curb appeal to make your event or brand memorable.
Step 2:  The Legal Stuff
Liquor licencing, event insurance, and guest safety are all key parts of event planning.  We want to ensure that the party doesn't have to stop.  We will make recommendations on guest safety, guide you through the process of obtaining insurance, and ensure that you have the proper liquor licencing.  
Step 3:  Make it yours
We can design a bar experience tailored to your needs.  From prohibition party to simple, elegant, and Pinterest worthy wedding pictures; we are capable of making it happen.  Personalized signage or custom decor, with or without our trailer, we will have a finger on the pulse of the overall "feel" of the event.
Step 4:  Booking
Once we have envisioned and created your experience with you, we move to the booking process.  Our client service agreement will clearly outline our responsibilities and costs and ensure that you have peace of mind.  
Step 5:  Communication
We pride ourselves on keeping the lines of communication open.  We are available by phone, text or email at all reasonable hours of the day.  We strive to reach out to you within 1 business day to make sure your needs are addressed in a timely manner.

Samantha Marfleet - Co-founder/Mixologist
Spending her formative years in picturesque Canmore, Alberta, Samantha worked in renouned establishments including; Crazyweed Kitchen, Copper Door and Zona's- late night bistro.  Her love of the hospitality industry has led her to hold management positions within Cities Restaurant and State and Main Kitchen and Bar.  Samantha is a kick-ass mother of two boys and mixologist.  She loves good wine and fine dining and is the creative inspiration behind Roadpop.   

Jackson Marfleet - Co-founder/Mixologist

As a career bartender, Jackson spent his early years working in Edmonton, AB in places like Earls Tin Palace, and landmark Edmonton bars like the Sidetrack Cafe and the Vault. A career in Education brought him to central Alberta where he has been working for nearly a decade with the Franworks group of restaurants (Original Joes, State and Main, and Elephant and Castle).  He is known for his attention to detail in his cocktails, his speed, and efficiency behind the wood.  He brings his knowledge and passion on the road with the Roadpop team.

What is the cost of your services?

Each of our services is personalized to meet your needs.  Contact us and let us know a few details about your event.  When is it? how many people will attend? and where your event will take place?  Once we get a better idea of the details of the event we will provide an estimate for the cost of our services.  There is no consultation fee and we are more than happy to try to work to meet your expectations and budget.

Do you do set-up and take-down?

Yes!  We are there for these critical periods before and after the event.  Leave it to us!

What can you supply for events?

We a full-service event bar company.  We off ice delivery and storage, glassware rental, bartender services, mixers, garnishes, signature cocktails for your event, alcohol delivery, and even a mobile bar for your event!  We have services ranging from hire-a-bartender services to all-inclusive packages. 

What are your qualifications?

All of our bartenders are Proserve certified and insured against liquor liability.  Bartenders typically have a minimum of 5 years experience in the bar industry with skills ranging from cocktail creation to flair bartending.
